At Mother Tanker:
- Ullage Survey of Mother Tanker upon arrival.
- Drawing of sample from the Mother Tanker's Tank prior to discharge of cargo.
- Witness of discharge Supervision of cargo.
- Preparation of statement of facts (SOF).
At Terminal:
- Ascertaining of quantity of cargo by Ullage/Dip survey of nominated tank before receive cargo.
- Sealing of Shore Tank pipelines (for nominated tanks).
- Continuous Monitoring of shore pipelines.
- Drawing of sample from the terminal's Shore Tank after Receive Cargo.
- To ascertain quantity of cargo received by the terminal's Shore Tanks (Outturn quantity).
